What does management include?
Everything needed so that you don't have to deal with anything: getting the property ready, photos, listings, pricing, guest communication, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, inspections and payouts.
Is my property suitable for holiday letting?
It depends on the location, the type of property and the regulations that apply to it. We go through it with you and tell you which option fits best: holiday, long-term or room-by-room rental.
How much does it cost?
Holiday rental management starts at 12% of the income from each booking, depending on the plan you choose. The details are under Pricing; once we have assessed your property we send you a firm proposal, with no obligation.
Does it need to be furnished?
No. If needed, we take care of furnishing and styling so it is ready to welcome guests.
Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. It is your home: you block the dates you want for yourself in the calendar and we let it the rest of the time.
